The down-low of a LILO

LILO: LIE-LOW!

Lilo-ing is a new activity that Untouched Adventures are pioneering in South Africa. Our Lilo's are custom built inflatable raft, that you pretty much, well, lie on! We use the Lilo's to paddle, wade and float on, and to access spectacular sections of the Storms River Gorge that boats just can't get to.

You can lay on your back and gently wade with your arms, lay on your tummy and paddle like a pro-surfer. You can sit on your knees and Lilo the Surf-Lifesaving Malibu-board style, or you can sit up and paddle like your chilling on a canoe!

These durable Lilo's, custom designed and made from boat pontoon material, can stand a beating and its share in a heavy load. At 190cm long, just under 1m wide and a thick 3 inches to float on, were pretty impressed with this creation, and we're sure you will be too!

We had a group of testosterone-filled teenage boys come and give our Lilo's a good thrash and a run for their money. Needless to say, Lilo's - 1, Teen Boys - ZERO. Come and experience a new adventure activitiy in Storms River, Tsitsikamma!
